In The Last Seconds

The world thinks it can get better but if you truely look at how the world is today compared to 50 years ago you wewould have a different point of view. The bible says that just before the return of Jesus things are going to be as in the days of Noah. They are that way now.

The world economy is falling apart. The behavior of the human spirit is getting darker with greed, hunger for power and to rule over one another. Some even believe that there is more than one way to heaven.

The world is due for a big change and it is coming soon. Jesus is ready to return and claim what is rightfully His. Can anyone claim rightful ownership over creation? Is there anyone who can claim that he can make the moon, the stars, a tree or anything else?

GET READY, CHRIST IS RETURNING SOON!

How are believers to Walk?

We’re to walk in good works. Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

We’re to walk properly. Romans 13:13 urges us to “walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in licentiousness and lewdness, not in strife and envy.”

We’re to walk by faith. Second Corinthians 5:7 says: “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (How difficult is that? The whole world is built around what we see and hear and touch and taste and smell. But the Bible says that those are not to be the parameters of the believer’s life. We are to walk by means of that which we can’t discern with our five senses. And friend, that’s not easy.)

We’re to walk in love. Ephesians 5:2 tells us we must “walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling aroma.”

We’re to walk as children of light. Ephesians 5:8 states: “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.”

We’re to walk worthy of the Lord. Colossians 1:10 urges us to “walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him.”

We’re to walk as Jesus walked. First John 2:6 says, “He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.”

We’re to walk worthy of our vocation. Ephesians 4:1 tells us that we have been given a new vocation, a new assignment, as God’s people. We’re to walk, therefore, worthy of the calling by which we have been called.
